Mark your calendars for the 2024 Squamish Mural Walk Festival, happening from July 26 to July 28. This year, a vibrant array of new murals will grace the streets, adding to the existing collection that traces back to 2000.
Many of these captivating artworks are thanks to the District of Squamish Public Art Committee.
The Festival
The best way to experience the Downtown Squamish murals is through a leisurely self-guided tour. Explore the diverse local cultures, history, and heritage of Squamish at your own pace, and share your favorite artists by tagging #downtownSquamish and #SquamishMuralWalk.
Join the festivities at Stan Clarke Park from 10 am to 4 pm daily, where you can pick up a map or join a guided tour. Witness live mural installations and explore the existing murals scattered throughout downtown. Don't miss out on the exciting activities happening all around, including Open Street Day on Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm, featuring live music, art, and family entertainment.
