Where can I ride an E-Scooter?
When it comes to where you can ride, VanEcoRide ensures maximum flexibility. Starting April 6, E-Scooters can roam freely within a 50 km/h zone, including designated bicycle lanes, shared pathways, and local streets. However, safety remains a top priority, with riders required to wear helmets at all times while cruising through the city.
When do I need to return the equipment?
Timing is everything, and VanEcoRide understands that.
- All-day rentals: E-scooters can be picked up from 10 AM and must be dropped off before closing.
- Overnight rentals: Allow for pick-up from 4 PM onwards, with drop-off required before 11 AM the following day, ensuring you can enjoy a fully charged ride throughout your adventure.
- 24-hour rentals: Pick up anytime from the opening hour, and return it the next day at the same time.
It's important to note that each e-scooter can only accommodate one rider, and riders must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian if they're 16 or older.
