Join Sage and Solace Farm for the transformative "Grounded and Glowing" yoga series, designed to embrace the transition into spring. Led by instructor Sky-Corbett Methot, this holistic approach to yoga includes breathwork, movement, conversation, and connection.

  5. Weekly Collective Intentions: Engage in thoughtful reflection and dialogue, fostering bonds with fellow participants and nurturing your inner self.
  6. Expert Guidance: Led by Sky Corbett-Methot, an experienced Tantric Hatha Yoga instructor and holistic nutritionist, integrating insights from psychology and anthropology.
  7. Cozy and Inspiring Setting: Enjoy the serene ambiance of the heated Gallery at Sage and Solace Farm, perfect for self-exploration and relaxation. Outdoor sessions on the farm are also planned, weather permitting.
