  •  Nada Yoga (20 mins): Start with vocal yoga to ground your energy and prepare your body and mind for deep healing.
  •  Sound Healing Journey (1 hour): Experience the calming vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, designed to reduce stress, harmonize energy, and foster tranquility.
