What are the time slots for?
Each time slot grants one-time entry to the vendors area, with a limit of 300 people allowed in the Kobayashi Hall. Attendees are welcome to explore other areas of the event, but access to the vendors hall will be restricted to maintain capacity.
What can be expected at the event?
Enjoy a day full of Ghibli-themed activities including screenings of classic films, themed food and beverages, art displays, cosplay contests, crafting workshops, and opportunities to shop for exclusive Ghibli merchandise.
Is it necessary to cosplay a Ghibli character for the Cosplay Contest?
While it's not required to cosplay as a Ghibli character, they tend to be the most popular choice among attendees.
Is cosplay mandatory?
Cosplay is encouraged but not required. Attendees are welcome to come dressed as any character they wish, and a cosplay contest will be held with exciting prizes.
Is photography allowed at the event?
Photography for personal use and social media sharing is allowed and encouraged, except in the vendors’ hall. Please respect other attendees by asking for permission before taking photos of cosplayers or guests.
Are food and beverages available at the event?
Yes, there will be various food and beverage vendors offering Ghibli-themed treats and refreshments for purchase, with an open seating area available for guests to enjoy their snacks.
Can tickets be purchased at the event?
Tickets must be purchased in advance via Eventbrite, as walk-ins will not be permitted if the event is sold out.
Is the event nut-free?
Food vendors are prohibited from selling items containing peanuts. However, two vendors will be offering macarons, which may contain nuts.
Can outside food or drinks be brought to the convention?
Outside food and drinks are permitted, but food containing nuts is not allowed.
Are pets allowed at the event?
Only service animals are allowed due to safety and health regulations.
Can food be pre-ordered?
Afternoon Tea is the only food item available for pre-order. Other food will be available for purchase during the event.
Will merchandise be available for purchase?
Yes, a variety of Ghibli-themed merchandise will be available for purchase from different vendors.
What is the refund policy for tickets?

What if my activity doesn’t align with my admission time slot?
Attendees are welcome to arrive before their time slot and stay as long as desired. Time slots are in place for crowd control and to ensure a smoother shopping experience.
What is included with the VIP Admission?
VIP admission includes access at any time, a goodie bag, one raffle ticket, line priority, guaranteed seating, and food pre-ordering from all vendors.

VIP ticket holders can pre-order food from all vendors before the event, even if items like Afternoon Tea are already sold out.
What if there's a line to get into the venue?
If an appointment, class, or Afternoon Tea reservation has been made, guests may go directly to the venue and check in during their scheduled class or session.
What is VIP Line Priority?
VIP ticket holders enjoy line priority, meaning they can skip to the front of any queue, such as at food or merchandise stands, for quicker service.
