New Album: 72 Seasons
This tour supports Metallica's brand-new album, 72 Seasons, set to be released on April 14, 2023, via their own label, Blackened Recordings. The album, their 12th studio release, delves into the first 18 years of life, with 12 tracks running 77 minutes.
Vocalist and guitarist James Hetfield explains, "The concept that we were told ‘who we are’ by our parents. A possible pigeonholing around what kind of personality we are. I think the most interesting part of this is the continued study of those core beliefs and how it affects our perception of the world today."
