• When: July 4 and 16, 2024; August 8 and 20, 2024
• Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Location: Millarville Ranchers’ Hall, adjacent to the beehives next to Millarville Ranchers’ Hall

• Event Access and Parking: Guests will drive up to the security gates under the clock tower at the front plaza. From there, proceed through the security gates to Millarville Ranchers’ Hall. Parking is available in a lot beside the hall. Guests arriving without a vehicle must walk from security to Millarville Ranchers’ Hall.
• Accompanied Minors: Children aged 10 and up must be accompanied by an adult (one adult per two minors).
• Attire: Wear comfortable closed-toe walking shoes, long pants, and a hat. Bring a water bottle; beekeeping suits will be provided.
