Since 1976, the Banff Centre Mountain Film and Book Festival has been a pioneer in celebrating Mountain Culture. As a flagship program of Banff Centre, we strive to foster understanding and appreciation of the world’s mountain places by providing platforms for people to share and be inspired by mountain experiences, ideas, and visions. Following the annual festival each fall, the renowned World Tour travels to more than 45 countries on 7 continents, establishing us as the largest adventure film tour globally.
