Fast and Female invites girls aged 5-12 to join them for a morning filled with empowerment and fun at the Fast and Female Girls Run event in Canmore. Participants will enjoy a 1km or 2.5km run (choose your distance), receive Fast and Female swag, connect with your REAL Role Models, and more!
Race Details
- Distances: Choose between a 1km or 2.5km course, suitable for all activity levels.
- Who: Self-identified girls aged 5-12 years old.
- Race Registration Includes: Fast and Female Digital Certificate, Fast and Female T-shirt and Sticker
Add-On Program
- Enjoy additional activities, crafts, mentorship, and lunch after the Girls Run. Available on both Saturday and Sunday.
- Cost: $40 per day (Includes lunch)
- Limited spots available (20 participants per day)
Junior Role Model (Jr. RRM aka LIT) (Free)
- Girls aged 13-17 can join as Junior Role Models to learn leadership skills, support younger participants, and receive Fast and Female swag.
- Cost: Free!
