The Sip of Summer Festival is the official kick-off to the summer season, offering attendees the opportunity to sample the best craft spirits, local wines, beers, and ciders. • Friday, June 21 (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM): Craft Spirits Championships Sample and judge the very best Craft Spirits from across the province as part of the BC Craft Spirits Championships.
• Saturday, June 22 (3:00 PM - 5:30 PM): Saturday Afternoon Session Immerse yourself in a day of delectable delights and captivating spirits that will tantalize your taste buds and elevate your spirits.
• Saturday, June 22 (7:00 PM - 9:30 PM): Saturday Evening Session Gather your friends and family to enjoy an evening of vibrant music, refreshing sips, and lively entertainment.

The Canadian Craft Spirits Association is proud to present the Sip of Summer event, a celebration of Canada's finest spirits alongside local beer, wine, and culinary offerings. Highlighted by the BC Craft Spirits Championships, this event features the Gold Award Spirits Pavilion, showcasing the top-quality spirits from across the country.
