Participants will dive into the heart of Spanish cooking, preparing all ingredients together around the class table. This hands-on approach allows everyone to learn the secrets to cooking the perfect, authentic Spanish paella. The communal preparation fosters a sense of camaraderie and connection among participants. Each session also includes a Sangria making workshop. Participants will mix their own fresh and traditional jug of Sangria, a quintessential Spanish refreshment, to enjoy alongside their paella.

All necessary ingredients for the cooking class are provided. Participants will also be loaned an authentic Paella Guys apron (available for sale) to make them feel part of the family. At the end of the session, everyone will sit down together to enjoy the paella, creating a memorable shared dining experience – the true “paella effect.”
