RYDE RD offers a unique multi-sensory workout experience. With music-driven classes that seamlessly transition between saddle and floor, participants groove to the beat while engaging in full-body workouts. The studio ambiance, complemented by vibrant lights and mirrored walls, elevates every session into an electrifying event.

The studio boasts a team of exceptional fitness enthusiasts dedicated to guiding individuals through their wellness journey. Each instructor, certified by Schwinn, serves as a motivator, trainer, DJ, and dance partner, fostering transformative experiences with every session.

• RYDE 45: This high-energy session delivers a music-driven, full-body workout experience. Led by experienced instructors, participants engage in core exercises and hand-weight routines while riding to the rhythm.
• BODY 45: Designed for intermediate-level participants, this class incorporates a diverse range of exercise modalities, including boot-camp, HIIT, plyometrics, kettlebells, strength training, and flexibility exercises.

Each session includes complimentary shoes, towel, and locker usage, ensuring a hassle-free experience for attendees. Post-workout, facilities such as showers and toiletries are readily available for a quick refresh. Attendees are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before the session to complete the sign-in process and set up their equipment.
