History
Established in 1972 as the Greater Vancouver Artist’s Gallery, CAG has evolved into the city’s longest-standing independent public gallery dedicated to contemporary art. Over the years, they have transitioned from an artist-run center to a non-collecting public gallery, showcasing local talents alongside national and international artists.
