DVC Indoor Shooting Centre has been providing one of the most unique, one-of-a-kind, and memorable experiences in Greater Vancouver since its establishment in 2007. Customers can use their facility without a firearms license and choose from the widest selection of rental firearms in Canada.
Their staff specializes in providing the most enjoyable and safe experience for all levels of comfort and all types of events.
Firearms
Upon walking through their doors, visitors will be assisted by trained staff in choosing various types of firearms ranging from semiautomatic handguns, revolvers, rifles and shotguns.
Handgun calibers range from .22lr to a 50AE for the famous Desert Eagle. Revolver calibers start at 38 sp, progress through 357 and 44 mag, and go all the way up to the 460S&W and 500 S&W. Nato (223) and Soviet (7.62×39) calibers are available, that may be shot through modern and classic rifles, as well as birdshot, buckshot, and slugs for their 12g Shotgun.
Professional Range Officers
Their professionally trained Range Officers will ensure the experience is one of a kind, memorable, and safe for all the guests and staff at all times. They want to educate and expose customers to a safe experience that will “wow” them every time; whether it is their first or one-hundredth visit. They show how to operate the firearms and fully supervise you on the range.
Training and Courses
DVC provides a practice and training facility for many Military personnel, Armoured Car Services and many branches of Law Enforcement. They also are certified to teach the PAL Course (firearms licensing), use of force and basic to advanced tactical training. On the softer side, they also do movie training and prop rental for all types of films here in our own Hollywood North.
They offer practical training in either of their two classrooms as well as specialized range time on either their 13 lane Public Range or our 6 lane Training Range. These sealed rooms combined offer 19 lanes of a shooting distance of 17 yards from their firing line to our customized bullet trap and motorized target return system. Each range has its own state-of-the-art HVAC air system that offers both heat and AC to provide a safe and comfortable facility.
GROUP BOOKING OR WALK-IN?
If you plan to bring a group of 8 or more people along for the visit we suggest making a group reservation.
If you plan to come with less than 8 people, you can come without any previous reservation. Please note that weekends are usually their busiest days so there may be a wait time.
You must be 19 years or older to shoot here, unless accompanied by your legal guardian or parent.
The minimum age allowed for children is 10 years old. They are welcome to come, but only in the company of their parents or legal guardian. You must provide proper legal documentation for them such as birth certificate, passport or driver’s license.
