Coastal Bliss Yoga provides a variety of sessions throughout the week, catering to different preferences and schedules. Whether you're an early riser looking for an energizing start to your day or prefer a calming evening practice, there's a session for everyone. Here are some of the sessions currently available:
- Power: Led by Heidi MacPherson, this session offers an invigorating one-hour practice to kickstart your day with strength and vitality.
- Hatha: Join Steph Benton for a 1 hour 15 minutes Hatha session, focusing on alignment, breath, and mindful movement to cultivate balance and flexibility.
- Meditation: Led by Tracy Crocker, this one-hour meditation session provides an opportunity to cultivate inner peace and mindfulness through guided meditation and breathwork.
- Vinyasa: Start your day with a dynamic Vinyasa flow led by Heidi MacPherson, offering a one-hour practice to build strength, flexibility, and connection to breath.

Yoga Teacher Training:
Coastal Bliss Yoga offers a transformative 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Training program designed to deepen participants' understanding and practice of yoga. Led by experienced faculty specializing in various aspects of yoga, including Yoga History and Philosophy, Anatomy, Biomechanics, Teaching Methodologies, and Living Yoga, the training aims to inspire personal growth and equip individuals with the skills to teach others. Through a holistic approach encompassing physical, mental, and spiritual aspects, participants explore the body's interconnected systems and the philosophical roots of yoga.
The training curriculum spans three modules, each focusing on different aspects of yoga education and practice. Topics covered include yoga history, philosophy, anatomy, sequencing, teaching methodologies, and ethics. Led by experienced instructors and guest teachers, the modules offer a well-rounded education that prepares participants to embark on their yoga teaching journey confidently.
Coastal Bliss Yoga also provides online sessions and workshops, allowing individuals to access quality yoga instruction from anywhere. Their offerings include a diverse range of classes and programs catering to different interests and skill levels.
