Perched high above, you'll be surrounded by the endless expanse of the ocean, creating a harmonious backdrop for your yoga journey. The cool, crisp ocean air invigorates your senses and complements the tranquility of your practice.
The Yoga Practice:
During the Tower Top Yoga class, you will delve into the opening poses of the Ashtanga Primary Series. This sequence includes the revered Sun Salutations and a series of postures linked together in a flowing movement known as Vinyasa. Central to this practice is the emphasis on breath and drishti (gazing point). These essential elements create a meditative experience that allows you to connect deeply with your inner self.
The Ashtanga-inspired yoga session is rooted in the tradition of Hatha Yoga. It is an ideal practice for individuals seeking mental clarity, physical strength, and holistic well-being. Their experienced instructor will guide you through each pose, offering modifications and adjustments to accommodate all skill levels. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, you'll find a nurturing and supportive environment to grow your practice.
