Adventure in Any Weather
The Mountain Ropes Adventure operates rain or shine, except in inclement weather conditions such as high winds, thunder, and lightning. Safety is paramount, and refunds or rescheduling on the day of your adventure due to weather are not possible.
What's Included and Safety Requirements
Before taking on the main courses, participants receive a safety briefing and orientation course from our experienced guides. Access to the courses is based on age, reach requirements, and individual participant capabilities. There's a wide variety of courses, from easy to challenging, featuring tubes, nets, bridges, and ziplines.
Safety is paramount, and participants must meet certain requirements.
- Guests should be able to grip an element at a specified minimum reach requirement with their heels flat on the ground.
- The maximum weight permitted for individual participants is 125kg (275lbs).
- Proper harness fit is essential, with specific waist and thigh measurements.
- All participants must wear the provided helmets, and masks are optional during the tour.
Check-In and Logistics
To ensure a smooth experience, arrive at the base of the mountain at least 60 minutes before your scheduled tour time. This allows ample time to board the Skyride and reach the tour location at the top.
Tour check-in takes place at the Mountaintop Plaza, conveniently located across from the Peak Chalet.
- Please arrive at the check-in area 20 minutes before your tour time.
- Lockers are available for storing your belongings, and washrooms are easily accessible on the main floor of the Peak Chalet.
If you haven't completed an exclusion of liability waiver, you can do so during check-in. This waiver is essential for all participants, and for those under 19, a parent or guardian must complete it.
