Allan Gardens is a botanical haven nestled in the heart of the city, offering an escape into a lush world of exotic plants and serene beauty. Visitors can explore a series of captivating greenhouses, each boasting its own unique theme and collection. This indoor botanical garden features 5 greenhouses.
Greenhouses
- Northwest House: Arid
Is a must-see for those intrigued by the resilience and beauty of desert flora. This arid oasis features a wide array of unusual cacti and succulents, including stunning specimens like agave, opuntia, haworthia, and aloe. - Northeast House: Tropical
For a taste of the tropics, the Northeast House provides a lush sanctuary filled with plants from equatorial regions. This tropical paradise promises a vibrant display of greenery that transports visitors to far-off lands. - East House: Palm
The greenhouse is closed for heritage restoration. The Palm House is located between the Tropical House and the Temperate Show House. - Southwest House: Orchid and Bromeliad
