Just remember to wear comfortable clothes that can withstand a little nibbling and bring a hair tie to keep your locks safe from curious goats. Join us for an unforgettable Goat Yoga session that promises plenty of laughs and relaxation.
What to Bring
For the best experience, make sure to bring a reusable water bottle and a towel. Note that only participants are allowed in the yoga tent to ensure a focused environment for everyone. Comfortable, closed-back clothing is recommended to protect your skin from any accidental hoof scratches.
Important Tips: Avoid wearing open-back tank tops or bras, and always tie up long hair to prevent it from being nibbled. We provide all yoga mats, so no need to bring your own.
Unfortunately, this class is not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with back issues. Also, due to safety and insurance reasons, participants must be 16 years or older.
Additional Facilities
While spectators can't join the yoga session itself, there is seating available with a clear view of the yoga tent and in front of the store. Enjoy the serene farm atmosphere while watching the fun unfold.
