Trolley Depot Tours offer an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience at the RCMP Training Academy “Depot” Division. Starting June 4, hop aboard a trolley for an hour-long guided tour that highlights the historic features of the Academy. One of the main attractions is the opportunity to observe the daily Sergeant Major’s Parade, a must-see event showcasing the impressive dismounted cavalry drill by real RCMP cadets.
The tour includes stops at key locations like the historic Chapel, the oldest building in Regina, and the Cenotaph and eternal flame, which honors the brave Mounties who have lost their lives in the line of duty. Additionally, guests will learn about the intriguing history of the Town of Buffalo, adding depth and context to the whole experience.

The Trolley Depot Tours run from Tuesday to Friday, between June 4 and August 30, 2024. Guests must arrive at the Heritage Centre by 11:00 am to sign in. Pre-registration is available to guarantee your spot, as there are limited spots for each tour.
After the guided tour, guests can explore the museum galleries at their leisure, making it a full-day activity. Note that photography and filming are prohibited during the tour, and personal items must be stored at the Heritage Centre. Lockers are available for the convenience of guests.
