School of Music at Rosewood Park offers a vibrant and engaging environment for children to explore and develop their musical talents. As an authorized Yamaha Music School, it provides both group and private lessons tailored for various age groups and skill levels.
The school emphasizes fun, age-appropriate lessons that involve parents' participation, creating a unique and supportive learning experience.
Among the exciting courses offered, Music Wonderland is designed for beginners aged 3-4 and is divided into two sessions: one from September to January and the other from February to June. The Junior Music Course (JMC) is perfect for beginners aged 4-5 and runs from September through June. In addition to group lessons, private lessons for instruments like flute, piano, violin, and guitar are also available.

The school boasts a team of dedicated and experienced teachers, including Britten McGonigal, a soprano student specializing in voice lessons, and Carol Shellenberg, the director and Yamaha group teacher who also teaches flute lessons. Other talented instructors like Grace Becker Lau and Maria Guidos-Albert offer private piano and violin lessons, ensuring a comprehensive and enriching musical education for all students.
